How do digital planners work?
Digital planners are interactive PDF planners designed to be used on devices like iPads, tablets, smartphones, and computers. Each planner includes clickable tabs and hyperlinks that allow you to quickly navigate between sections, months, weeks, and pages without scrolling through the entire planner.
Think of it as a traditional planner with the convenience of digital organization, customization, and portability.
What do I need to use a digital planner?
To use a digital planner, you'll need:
• A compatible device (iPad, tablet, smartphone, or computer)
• A PDF annotation app such as Goodnotes, Notability, Noteshelf, or another compatible app
• Your Future Is Forever digital planner download
While many customers prefer using an iPad with an Apple Pencil, our planners can also be used on Android devices, iPhones, and computers that support PDF annotation.
How the hyperlinks in digital planners work?
Our digital planners include clickable tabs and hyperlinks that make navigation fast and seamless.
For example, you can tap a month, weekly spread, or planner section and instantly jump to the corresponding page.
Goodnotes Users
If you're using Goodnotes, hyperlinks only work when you're in Read-Only Mode.
To use hyperlinks:
- Open your planner in Goodnotes.
- Turn off the pen tool by tapping the pen icon.
- Tap any linked tab or section to navigate throughout the planner.
- When you're ready to write, turn the pen tool back on.
Other PDF Apps
Most PDF annotation apps allow you to write and use hyperlinks simultaneously. Depending on the app, you may need to switch between writing and navigation tools.
How to use digital stickers in digital planners?
Digital stickers are reusable PNG images with transparent backgrounds that can be placed anywhere inside your planner.
They can be used to:
• Highlight important dates
• Decorate planner pages
• Create custom layouts
• Organize tasks and goals
Most planning apps allow you to resize, rotate, duplicate, and move stickers as often as you'd like.
Digital stickers can be saved inside your planning app and reused throughout your planner whenever needed.
Will I receive a physical product?
No. Digital planners are delivered electronically and no physical item will be shipped.
Immediately after purchase, you'll receive access to download your files.
Are digital products refundable?
Due to the nature of digital products, all digital planner, digital sticker, and downloadable product sales are final.

How do I access my downloads?
After completing your purchase, you'll receive an email containing your download link.
If you do not receive your email, please check your spam or promotions folder before contacting support.
Can I use my digital planner on multiple devices?
Yes. As long as you're signed into the same annotation app or cloud storage service, you can often access your planner across multiple compatible devices.

Our journals and notebooks are both designed for writing, planning, and capturing your ideas, but they feature different formats and bindings to suit different preferences.
JOURNALS:
Our journals feature a premium hardcover design that provides added durability and protection. The sturdy cover makes them ideal for everyday use, travel, and long-term keepsakes. If you're looking for a more elevated writing experience with a polished, book-like feel, our journals are a great choice.
NOTEBOOKS
Our notebooks feature a spiral-bound design that allows pages to lay flat and fold back easily while writing. This format is perfect for note-taking, brainstorming, planning, studying, and everyday use. Many customers prefer spiral notebooks for convenience and flexibility.
Are your journals and notebooks physical products?
Yes. Our journals and notebooks are physical products that are professionally printed and shipped directly to your door.
Unlike our digital planners, these products cannot be downloaded and will be delivered as a printed item.

STEP 2 — COMPLETE YOUR QUESTIONNAIRE
After purchase, you'll receive a design questionnaire where you'll share your vision, inspiration, brand colors, content, business information, design preferences, and any materials needed for your project.
STEP 3 — WE CREATE YOUR FIRST DRAFT
Using the information you provide, we'll begin creating your custom design and deliver your first draft for review.
STEP 4 — REVISIONS & REFINEMENTS
You'll have the opportunity to review your design and request revisions. Most branding and design services include up to 3 complimentary revisions to ensure your final design aligns with your vision.
STEP 5 — RECEIVE YOUR FINAL FILES
Once approved, you'll receive your final files in the formats included with your package so you're ready to launch, promote, and build your future.
How long does a design project take?
Project timelines vary depending on the service selected, project complexity, and revision requests.
Most projects are completed within 3–10 business days after all required information has been submitted.
Larger branding packages, websites, or custom projects may require additional time.

How many revisions are included?
Most branding and design services include up to 3 complimentary revisions.
Revisions allow you to request adjustments to elements such as colors, layouts, typography, imagery, and overall design direction.
Additional revisions beyond those included may be subject to an additional fee.
We recommend providing as much detail as possible in your questionnaire to help streamline the design process and achieve the best results.
What files will I receive?
Final file delivery depends on the service purchased.
Logo and branding projects may include:

• Transparent Background Files
• SVG Files
• PDF Files

• Brand Guide (if included)
Other design services will include the final files necessary for their intended use, such as social media graphics, print-ready files, website graphics, or marketing materials.
All deliverables included with your package will be listed on the product page.
Do I own the final design?
Yes. Once your project has been completed and delivered, you receive full rights to use your final approved design for your business, marketing, and promotional purposes.
Future Is Forever retains the right to showcase completed work within portfolios, social media, and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Can I request changes after my project is completed?
Once a project has been approved and final files have been delivered, additional edits may require a new design service purchase or revision fee.
If you need updates after project completion, please contact us and we'll be happy to discuss available options.
Do you offer rush orders?
Rush services may be available depending on our current workload and project scope.
If you have a specific deadline, please contact us before purchasing so we can confirm availability and discuss any applicable rush fees.
Can you redesign my existing logo or branding?
Yes! Whether you're looking for a complete rebrand or simply want to refresh your current visual identity, we can help modernize and elevate your existing brand while maintaining the elements that matter most to you.

Do I need to have my brand colors or vision figured out before purchasing?
Not at all.
While it's helpful to have inspiration, ideas, or examples of what you like, you do not need to have everything figured out before purchasing.
